Here's how it works:

3. Check your mail!

Our team will package your toy(s) and handwritten note and send them via lettermail (no tracking number included) as soon as possible. We'll contact you via email when your mail is on its way

FCF-adoptee Houdini will diligently inspect all mail to ensure our toys are up to kitty standards!

Can I receive more than one toy?
Absolutely! For each additional $5 donated, you can receive another catnip heart toy.
E.g., a $15 donation would get you two toys, $20 would get you three toys, etc.
Can you send toys to multiple addresses?
Minimum donations are based on the assumption that all toys will be sent to the same address. The initial $10 donation helps to cover our shipping expenses.
If you'd like to send toys to multiple address, please include an additional $5 per mailing address to help us cover shipping expenses.
E.g., Sending one toy to address 1 ($10 minimum) and sending one toy to address 2 ($5 for toy + $5 additional shipping) would result in a minimum $20 donation.
Can I track my order?
To save on shipping expenses, all toys will be sent via lettermail which does NOT include tracking. If you'd like to add tracking to your order, please send us an email and include your mailing address so we can calculate additional shipping costs for you.
Can you send toys outside of Canada?
We can only send toys via lettermail within Canada, however, we can send toys as a parcel internationally for an additional fee. If you'd like to get your toys mailed to an international address, please send us an email and include your mailing address so we can calculate additional shipping costs for you.
How will my donation be used?
A small portion of each donation will be used to cover our shipping expenses. We are sending all toys via lettermail to keep shipping expenses as low as possible! Beyond that, 100% of our proceeds will go towards paying our ongoing and outstanding veterinary expenses.
How long will you be running the Give a Heart campaign?
We will be accepting donations for our campaign until December 3rd, 2023. We are hoping that all mail will be received before the holidays, however, as we are sending toys via lettermail we cannot guarantee a delivery date.
